Grace Petty

Grace Ferester Petty graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M with a bachelor's in Leadership and Development and a minor in sales. She has worked with her grandmother, Beth Ferester, ever since her first college summer. As well as being a Realtor, she is also managing all social media and marketing for the company as well as helping plan company events. Her knowledge of real estate has become extensive by working alongside Beth and her grandfather Bob the Broker. Since starting her real estate career about 5 years ago, she has since expanded in her personal business and became one of the top producing agents in 2023 at Corcoran Ferester Realty.

When Beth and Grace have free time, there is nothing they enjoy more than spending time with their close-knit family. Beth and Bob Ferester raised four amazing children and have been blessed with nine brilliant, and talented grandchildren who they love making memories with from weekends at the ranch and later at their second home in Maine. When asked what the most important lesson was that Beth taught her children she said "raising them to be strong independent individuals who can become anything in this world they want if they just believe in themselves.
